- Lead strategic hiring in a high‑impact & senior‑visibility role \n

- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, assessments, stakeholder alignment, offer management and onboarding \n
- Provide market intelligence on competitor talent, compensation benchmarks and hiring trends to support strategic workforce planning. \n\n
- Brings 8-12 years of strong experience in lateral and leadership hiring within the broader real‑estate ecosystem, with proven ability to manage high‑impact mandates independently. \n
- Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management, market intelligence, and the capability to operate as a strategic individual contributor with senior‑level visibility.
