  • Provide market intelligence on competitor talent, compensation benchmarks and hiring trends to support strategic workforce planning.

  • Brings 8-12 years of strong experience in lateral and leadership hiring within the broader real‑estate ecosystem, with proven ability to manage high‑impact mandates independently.
