    Leadership & Strategic Ownership

    \n
  • Lead the DIB and CSR agendas for the GCC, providing vision, strategy, and execution plans that align with enterprise priorities and local needs.
  • \n
  • Serve as the central point of accountability and coordination for all DIB and CSR initiatives within the GCC HR organization.
  • \n
  • Partner closely with the Enterprise DIB CoE to localize enterprise strategy, share insights, and represent the GCC in global DIB discussions and initiatives.
  • \n
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to existing committees, councils, and employee-led groups, enabling them to operate with clear goals, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with GCC and business leadership to ensure DIB and CSR priorities are embedded in organizational culture and talent practices.
  • \n



    \n Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB)

    \n
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive DIB strategy for the GCC that drives inclusion, equity, and representation across all levels and functions.
  • \n
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate inclusive practices into talent attraction, development, recognition, and engagement.
  • \n
  • Lead the planning and execution of DIB-related programs, events, and education campaigns that foster cultural awareness and allyship.
  • \n
  • Use data and insights to identify gaps, track progress, and measure impact of DIB initiatives.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with Employee Networks and DIB councils to ensure alignment, visibility, and sustainability of initiatives.
  • \n



    \n Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

    \n
  • Lead the CSR strategy for the GCC, focusing on initiatives that strengthen our impact in local communities and align with the company's purpose and global commitments.
  • \n
  • Partner with enterprise CSR and Corporate Relations teams to align GCC programs with broader company goals and reporting.
  • \n
  • Provide leadership and governance for the GCC Community Service Council, ensuring initiatives are impactful, inclusive, and sustainable.
  • \n
  • Build partnerships with NGOs, educational institutions, and local organizations to expand the GCC's community footprint.
  • \n
  • Track, evaluate, and communicate the impact of CSR activities to internal and external stakeholders.
  • \n



    \n Engagement & Communication

    \n
  • Partner with the Change, Communications & Team Effectiveness team to design communication and engagement strategies that elevate DIB and CSR stories across the GCC.
  • \n
  • Create visibility around progress, milestones, and success stories to inspire pride and participation.
  • \n
  • Build leadership advocacy and employee ownership for DIB and CSR initiatives through storytelling, recognition, and engagement campaigns.
  • \n



    \n Measurement & Continuous Improvement

    \n
  • Define success metrics, track progress, and report on outcomes for both DIB and CSR initiatives.
  • \n
  • Continuously assess the maturity and impact of DIB and CSR programs and evolve the strategy accordingly.
  • \n
  • Benchmark against external best practices to ensure GCC remains a leader in inclusion and social responsibility.
  • \n

    \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR, Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, or Organizational Culture roles, with proven success leading strategy and execution.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience partnering across HR, business, and external organizations to drive change and deliver measurable results.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of inclusion, equity, and social impact concepts with the ability to localize global strategies effectively.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed environments and diverse teams.
  • \n
  • Experience managing or advising employee-led groups, councils, or committees preferred.
  • \n
  • Passion for building inclusive cultures, empowering communities, and making meaningful impact.
