- Develop and execute innovative procurement strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, driving continuous improvement and digital transformation \n
- Lead the implementation of best-in-class procurement practices, processes, and technologies to enhance efficiency, visibility, and control over the company's diverse spend categories \n
- Collaborate effectively with the C-suite, functional leaders, and external partners to align procurement initiatives with the organization's strategic priorities and drive cross-functional synergies. \n
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive procurement excellence strategy, aligning with the company's overall business goals and driving measurable improvements in cost, quality, and service delivery. \n
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the procurement team, providing mentorship and development opportunities to build a future-ready workforce. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain challenges.Develop and implement robust performance management frameworks to track and report on the procurement function's key metrics, driving continuous improvement and accountability. \n
- Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices and sustainability goals. \n\n
- 25 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Operations, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple procurement functions or a Procurement Excellence/Transformation office. \n
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, complex change management and digital transformation projects within a Procurement organization. \n
- Deep understanding of procurement best practices across diverse spend categories (MRO, Services, Direct/Indirect Materials). \n
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
