Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Collect and check daily remittances in the presence of a witness \n
- Ensure sufficient change for all cashiers \n
- Update foreign exchange rate and make bank deposits as and when required \n
- Prepare General Cashier Daily Report \n
- Reimburse Front Office cashiers for disbursement made \n
- Make petty cash payments on designated days \n
- Balance cash fund daily \n
- Conduct surprise float count on all cashier holding floats, including non-operation ‘cashiers’ like Talent & Culture and Security \n
- Maintain over and short records for each cashier and report evidence of review to Financial Controller \n
- Update all cashiers float record on a monthly basis \n
- Keep track of casual labour, valet dockets, official receipt book and movement records \n
- \n
Other Responsibilities
\n - Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures \n
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management \n
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times \n
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management \n

Knowledge and Experience
\n - Diploma in Accounting / Finance \n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity \n
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language \n
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems \n
