  • Lead the design, development, and rollout of new lending and financial products for wholesale customers.
  • \n
  • · Conduct detailed market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility analysis to identify opportunities for new products.
  • \n
  • · Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Operations, Compliance, IT, and Sales teams to ensure product features align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • \n
  • · Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including performance tracking and product enhancement.
  • \n
  • · Develop pricing strategies, incentive structures, and product positioning in line with business goals.
  • \n
  • · Ensure timely regulatory approvals and compliance with RBI and other statutory guidelines.
  • \n
  • · Drive digital product initiatives, leveraging technology to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • \n
  • · Provide regular product performance reports, MIS, and insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • \n
  • · Train and support the sales and operations teams on product features, processes, and benefits.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of NBFC product lifecycle, especially in auto/wholesale finance domain.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of RBI regulations, compliance frameworks, and product approval processes.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute innovative financial products.
  • \n
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within defined timelines.
  • \n
  • MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, or related field from a reputed institute.
  • \n
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Product Management in NBFCs, Banks, or FinTechs.
  • \n
  • Exposure to auto-finance/wholesale finance domain preferred.
