\nRequired skills
\nMust have:
\nExpertise in C, C++ programming for embedded systems.
\nProven experience in embedded C++ development on Linux and Android platforms.
\nAutomotive domain knowledge: Infotainment, ADAS, or Vehicle Telematics.
\nStrong experience in Linux development environments.
\nProficient with unit testing and static/dynamic code analysis.
\nHands-on experience with ARM Cortex A/R/M SoCs (e.g., NXP S32G, Jacinto7, Qualcomm,
\nRenesas R-Car).
\nExperience with vehicle communication protocols: CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet.
\nFamiliarity with version control and project management tools: GIT, Gerrit, JIRA, Confluence.
\nStrong problem-solving mindset and effective communication skills.
\nAdditional Expertise:
\nProficiency in handling controller/processor peripherals like I2C, SPI, RS232, UART, CAN, USB,
\nADC, PWM, and Timers.
\nExperience with 8-bit, 16-bit, or 32-bit microcontrollers and common peripherals like I2C, SPI,
\nI2S, PCIe, UART, GPIOs, Bootloaders, and Flash drivers.
\nDeep knowledge of software and systems development models such as the V-Model, Agile,
\nand Scrum.
\nStrong knowledge of the AUTOSAR standard and architecture layers (communication,
\ndiagnostics, memory, OSEK, Crypto stacks).
\nGood to Have:
\nExperience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Batch, or Perl.
\nUnderstanding of ARM architecture and experience writing low-level software for ARM v8-based
\nSoCs.
\nStrong understanding of real-time system architecture and design.
\nExperience in hardware-related software development involving microcontrollers, HW boards,
\nand PCBs.
\nSkilled in using embedded development tools such as emulators, analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
\nKnowledge of UDS/KWP2000 vehicle protocols.
\nAUTOSAR expertise (both BSW and ASW development).
\nExperience with Linux bring-up on hardware boards.
\nKnowledge of device trees, boot configurations, board initialization, and device driver
\narchitecture.
\nTrace32 Debug (Lauterbach based- preferred)
\nResponsibilities:
\nResponsible for SW implementation, Unit testing, static/dynamic analysis, root-cause analysis,
\nand defect resolution
\nDevelopment of new feature requirement specification /Module
\nWork along with the team in different geographies.
\nCollaboration with architects and testing teams
\nTimely escalation of issues
