Job Description
- Work with a PE backed firm in the paper and packaging industry \n
- Lead operations of their upcoming corrugated box plant \n\n
- Oversee daily operations in the corrugated box manufacturing unit. \n
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet client requirements. \n
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. \n
- Optimise resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce waste. \n
- Monitor production quality and address any issues promptly. \n
- Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and improve machinery performance. \n
- Train and manage a team to achieve operational goals effectively. \n
- Prepare reports and analyse data to drive process improvements. \n\n
- 10-18 years of experience leading plant operations \n
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership level position \n
- Only candidates heading operations for corrugated box plants will be considered \n
- Should speak Tamil fluently \n
- Well versed with the South Indian Packaging industry
