Key Responsibility Area
\n1.Project Conceptualization
\nSound knowledge of Redevelopment By-laws & DCR Regulations
\nAnalyses and calculates the area identified for the future project and drafts the end product design to be presented to the customer
\nTranslates design ideas into design briefs to be handed over to design consultants and architects
\n2.Appointment of Consultants
\nAppoints the consultants basis analysis of proposals.
\nBriefs the consultant on the project requirements, expectations and timelines
\n3.Project Coordination
\nEffectively collaborates with various teams i.e - liaison, projects, sales etc
\nBuilds consistency of product specifications in GFA, GFC and Sales brochures to ensure zero deviation between the concept, product and the sales pitch
\nAcquires approvals for design and resources such as materials for project construction
\nTracks project progress and takes correctional action with respect to design (if any)
\nAttends to and mitigates any queries put forth during the construction process
\n4.Process Adherence
\nComplies with company defined guidelines and processes
\nAdheres to project timelines
\n5.Process Improvement
\nIdentifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
\nRecommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency /costs/productivity
\nUndertakes process improvement activities in own work area
\n6.Learning and Development
\nIdentifies self and team development needs
\nTakes concrete steps to pursue self & team development through training, education, projects etc
\n
