Job Summary

The Delivery Leader is responsible for successfully delivering Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects for customers. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations. The Delivery Leader builds strong client relationships, leads delivery teams, manages multiple accounts, and supports business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects from start to finish

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality
\n
• Set up and follow delivery processes and best practices across projects
\n
• Identify project risks early and take action to reduce issues
\n
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
\n
• Act as a trusted advisor and guide customers on using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform effectively
\n
• Share industry knowledge and best practices with customers
\n
• Manage multiple customer accounts and track delivery performance
\n
• Monitor revenue, margins, and overall project health
\n
• Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
\n
• Identify growth opportunities based on successful project delivery
\n
• Lead, coach, and support delivery teams
\n
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration across delivery, sales, and support teams
\n
• Ensure teams have the right skills and tools to deliver successful outcomes
