Job Title: SAP SD Support Consultant

Job Location: Hyderbad, India

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with SAP SD issues at the Level 1 and Level 2 levels.
\n
• Address and resolve the complications that are linked to:
\n
• Sales transaction management
\n
• Delivery procedures
\n
• Billing (integration with FI)
\n
• Pricing, taxation, and discounts
\n
• Administration of credit
\n
• Output determination
\n
• Verification of availability and ATP
\n
• Perform minor enhancements, configuration corrections, and system testing.
\n
• Facilitate the management of master data activities, which include customer, material, pricing, and credit.
\n
• Work in direct collaboration with business users to provide solutions that are delivered more quickly.
\n
• Work in conjunction with the technical personnel to expedite the development and debugging process.
\n
• Develop functional specifications for requests for modifications and enhancements.
\n
• Conduct user training for SD processes.
\n
• Engage in the assistance of the month-end or quarter-end.
