Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced and client-centric Assistant Technical Manager to lead our facilities management team in managing and maintaining our office buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of client satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide innovative solutions that improve systems, save costs, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for occupants.

Key Roles:

• Engineering and facilities management expert

• Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
\n
• Manage multiple sites and projects, guiding and mentoring team members
\n
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, and water supply systems
\n
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of building equipment, including elevators, generators, and fire suppression systems
\n
• Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costs
\n
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance issues
\n
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and client projects
\n
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on client projects and renovations
\n
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
\n
• Continuously improve systems and save costs for clients
\n
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients
\n
• Develop and implement innovative solutions
\n
• Manage and maintain facilities and equipment
\n
