Job Title: EV QA Software Manager

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience:

\n
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automotive or EV software.
\n
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a QA team.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience in test automation using CAPL or Python.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of automotive protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
\n
• Experience with automotive testing tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, and others.
\n
• Familiarity with EV systems, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), Inverters, and Powertrain Control Units.
\n

Skills:

\n
• Strong programming skills in CAPL and/or Python.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n

Certifications: ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
• Experience with model-based testing and tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
\n
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
\n
• Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO 26262.
\n
