Position Overview:

The Head of Research & Development (R&D) will spearhead the innovation, development, and enhancement of products for the organization. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can align R&D initiatives with business goals, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation while meeting consumer needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

2. Product Development and Innovation:

• Lead the ideation, formulation, and development of new products across categories, ensuring timely launches.

• Drive the optimization and improvement of existing products in terms of quality, cost, and sustainability.

3. Compliance and Quality:

• Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.

• Oversee quality assurance protocols during product development and testing phases.

4. Sustainability and Efficiency:

• Champion sustainable product development by exploring eco-friendly ingredients, processes, and packaging.

• Optimize R&D processes to ensure cost efficiency and scalability without compromising quality.

5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
