Position: Channel Manager / BDM- Partner Alliances
\nLocation: Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore
\nExperience: Minimum 1-5 years in a similar role
\nJob Summary:
\nWe are looking for a results-driven Partner Alliance Manager to drive business
\ngrowth by acquiring and managing franchisees, DIGI partners, and remisier networks. The role
\nfocuses on developing strong B2B partnerships, increasing revenue through partner channels, and
\nensuring seamless onboarding and engagement of partners.
\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in the broking industry, with a strong understanding of
\nequity products, mutual funds, PMS, and other investment solutions. This role requires excellent
\nrelationship management skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of capital markets.
\n'A2; Acquisition of Franchisee, DIGI partners & Remisier.
\n'A2; Generating business from these partners.
\n'A2; Build rapport with these Partners & help them on-board their clients across products.
\n'A2; Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products
\nlike Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed
\nDeposit etc with the help of products & training team.
\n'A2; Ensure best services to the distributors.
\n'A2; Help distributors on joint calls.
\nKey Skills & Requirements:
\n'A2; Minimum 1 year in the broking industry with B2B experience preferred.
\n'A2; Strong understanding of equity broking, mutual funds, PMS, and investment products.
\n'A2; Ability to engage, and support partners effectively.
\n'A2; Willingness to continuously update knowledge on capital markets and investment trends.
\n'A2; Goal-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
