Business Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall vehicle loan collections portfolio for the assigned branch.

• Ensure timely collection of overdue EMIs and reduce delinquency across all loan buckets.
\n
• Achieve collection targets, including roll-forward, resolution, and recovery goals.
\n
• Lead, train, and monitor the performance of collection executives and field officers.
\n
• Allocate collection cases and track daily recovery activities.
\n
• Conduct regular review meetings with the collections team to improve productivity.
\n
• Maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring professional and ethical recovery practices.
\n
• Coordinate with repossession agencies, legal teams, and auction partners for recovery of non-performing assets (NPAs).
\n
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify high-risk accounts for early intervention.
\n
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
\n
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on collection performance.
\n
• Coordinate with the sales, credit, and operations teams to resolve customer issues affecting collections.
\n
• Control branch collection expenses and optimize recovery efficiency.
\n
• Handle escalated customer complaints and negotiate settlements where applicable.
\n
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of recovered accounts.
\n
