Sr. Recruiter- C2H Hiring

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management. This role requires expertise in handling lateral, support and contract hiring while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment - C2H for clients , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
\n
• Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
\n
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
\n
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
\n
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
\n

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an C2H Recruiter, with strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
