Job Description
- Influence global IT strategy and lead India-based operations \n
- Lead modernization of IT operations, enabling innovative technologies \n\n
- Lead India-based IT operations for International Networks, ensuring alignment with global strategy and objectives. \n
- Act as the primary liaison between India teams and global IT leadership to facilitate communication and collaboration. \n
- Oversee inventory management and OSS referential systems , ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. \n
- Manage and optimize the Business Intelligence (BI) platform , focusing on Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. \n
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within BI and IT operations. \n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and optimize processes. \n
- Monitor operational performance , resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain service excellence. \n
- Provide leadership and coaching to India-based IT teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. \n\n

\n\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced IT leader with 8-10 years in IT operations and at least 5+ years in Business Intelligence. They possess strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills , capable of managing cross-functional teams and acting as a bridge between global leadership and India-based operations. A solid understanding of data governance, security, and BI architectures , combined with familiarity with Agile methodologies, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation technologies , is essential. The applicant should demonstrate problem-solving ability, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering high-quality IT services and BI solutions aligned with business objectives .
