About the Role
\nWe are looking for an experienced ABS-ESC calibration engineer to lead and support active safety and New Braking Systems activities across the product development lifecycle, with a strong focus on ABS-ESC calibration function, and customer-facing project execution.
\nIn this role, you will work closely with OEM customers, project teams, and cross-functional engineering stakeholders to drive, develop, calibrate & validate the control algorithms to meet customer, company & regulatory performance requirement and support successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement.
\nKey Responsibilities

Vehicle Testing, Performance Evaluation, Application and Calibration of control algorithms in Electronic Stability Control for Commercial Vehicles
\n
- \n
- \n
Understand and analyze customers’ performance & controller requirements.
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience with powertrain calibration & interfaces to ESC & AEB preferred
\n
- \n
- \n
Conduct Vehicle tests in summer and winter sessions and calibrate system performance per Bosch, Customer's and legal requirements.
\n
- \n
- \n
Troubleshooting in vehicle for hardware, software & DAQ during development.
\n
- \n
- \n
Interface with customers to provide technical support.
\n
- \n
- \n
Follow company development and quality processes.
\n
- \n
- \n
Support other group/departments in project acquisition and technical activities.
\n

- \n
Flexible mindset of working on Test Tracks across India.
\n
What We’re Looking For
\nB.E, M.Tech (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics).

5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience/Know how in conducting vehicle tests. (Eg. Brake tests, Lane changes on different test surfaces)
\n
- \n
- \n
Understanding of ABS/ESC, Homologation testing as per regulations.
\n
- \n
- \n
Good know how of Vehicle dynamics. Ability to push vehicles to its physical limits for system calibration.
\n
- \n
- \n
Good driving skills & ability to judge vehicle behavior & system impact on vehicle behavior.
\n
- \n
- \n
Good analytical and logical reasoning.
\n
- \n
- \n
Understanding of programming language C, Matlab, Simulink, Ascet
\n
- \n
- \n
Hands-on with DAQ (Data acquisition systems). VBOX, Vector tools, ETAS Tools, Data loggers, sensors & SW programming tools.
\n
- \n
- \n
General awareness of automotive industry - current trends/affairs.
\n
- \n
- \n
Testing experience on ABS and ESC system preferred.
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience in Commercial vehicle brake system with understanding of brake system pneumatics & hydraulics preferred.
\n
- \n
- \n
Commercial Vehicle Driving License Preferred.
\n
Nice to Have:

Prior experience with Anti-lock Braking System / Electronic Stability Control testing and calibration

Knowledge of commercial vehicle brake pneumatics/hydraulics

Commercial driving license and homologation exposure
