Job Description
- Candidate with 10-15 years of legal experience in BFS/NBFC apply \n
- Candidates with Corporate Commerical exp. apply \n\n
- Draft and review loan agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs; standardize legal templates. \n
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, Contract Act, and data protection laws. \n
- Provide legal guidance on lending products, financial regulations, and strategic partnerships. \n
- Support board/legal documentation and maintain governance standards. \n
- Handle SARFAESI, arbitration, cheque bounce, and civil/criminal cases; coordinate with external counsel. \n\n
- A degree in law from a recognised institution. \n
- Experience in handling legal matters within the BFSI/NBFC space. \n
- Proven expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance. \n
- Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
