    \n

    1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

    \n *Manage end-to-end recruitment for the plant, including blue-collar and technical staff.

    \n *Collaborate with line managers to forecast and plan workforce requirements.

    \n *Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding process for new hires.

    \n 2. Employee Relations

    \n *Act as a liaison between plant employees and management to promote a harmonious work environment.

    \n *Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in accordance with labour laws.

    \n *Maintain positive employee relations.

    \n 3. Compliance & Labor Law

    \n *Ensure statutory compliance related to labour laws, factories act, ESI, PF, gratuity, etc.

    \n *Coordinate with legal advisors and government agencies during inspections and audits.

    \n 4. Performance Management

    \n *Implement and monitor the performance appraisal process at the plant level.

    \n *Support department heads in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.

    \n 5. Learning & Development

    \n *Identify training needs and implement learning initiatives for skill and competency development.

    \n *Maintain training records and track training effectiveness.

    \n 6. HR Operations

    \n *Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and HRIS data accuracy.

    \n *Manage accurate employee database, documentation, and recordkeeping.

    \n 7. Engagement & Culture

    \n *Organize engagement activities, reward and recognition programs, and communication forums.

    \n * Drive initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retention.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    *

    \n 15-20 years of experience with an engineering degree (any stream) and MBA degree (any stream).

    \n *

    \n Strong understanding of labour laws and factory compliance.

    \n *

    \n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    \n *

    \n Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.

    \n *

    \n High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

    \n *

    \n Ability to deal with Senior Leaders of the organisation.
