\nRole and responsibilities
\nIdentifying and understanding leads and prospects
\nCompetitor analysis and formulation of counter strategies
\nTrack and measure the performance of the marketing personnel in branches
\nImproving awareness of the product and services among customers and prospects in the market.
\nEnhance current products based on market dynamics and competitor strategies based on company policies.
\nCustomer Acquisition:
\nMarket research and analysis to identify prospective customers
\nOrganizing customer loyalty programs and help in formulating targeting and pricing strategies
\nInteracting and negotiating business deals with corporates/relevant stake holders
\nCustomer relationship and retention:
\nCoordinating with current & future customers, ensuring complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services rendered to customers
\nResponding to customer queries, grievances and providing timely information and redressal
\nUnderstand the customer needs and improve customer loyalty
\nRealizing Objectives:
\nForecasting sales and setting sales targets for subordinates.
\nMonitoring sales of subordinates motivating them to achieve targets.
\nAchieving self-targets on sales.
\nSkills Required :
\nGood communication skills and presentation skills.
\nMarketing and negotiating skills.
\nKnowledge about leasing and latest trends and enhancement to the products in the market and ability to adapt to changes.
\nKnowledge about legal and regulatory compliances
\nExperience: 10 12years
\nQualification : MBA
