  • Build a performance management system: annual appraisal cycle, KRA setting, continuous feedback
  • \n
  • Conduct annual employee engagement survey; present results and action plan to CEO
  • \n
  • Conduct annual HR compliance audit across all locations (offices + field sites): identify gaps and implement corrective actions
  • \n
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable labour laws
  • \n
  • Design and execute annual L&D calendar: technical training for the staff, managerial development for Functional Heads, and leadership coaching for CXOs
  • \n
  • Own the full recruitment cycle for all positions in the hiring plan. Design structured interview processes: competency-based interviews, technical rounds, psychometric assessments for senior roles.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    A successful Head HR should have:

    \n
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • \n
  • 15 + years of work experience
