Bank Loan Reconciliation Operations

Role Overview:

This role focuses on managing and reconciling bank loan transactions to ensure all loan-related activities are accurately recorded, settled, and accounted for. The position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial records by identifying and resolving discrepancies between internal systems and external parties such as agent banks and custodians.

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field.

3-4 years of experience in: Bank Loan operations, Loan servicing, Loan reconciliation, Capital market operations.

Ensure accurate booking and validation of loan events within internal system.

Perform daily cash reconciliation between internal books and custodian/agent banks.

Research root causes of breaks and implementation of corrective action.

Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.

Advance Excel.
