Job Description
- Opportunity to work with a leading IB in a front-end role \n
- Opportunity to work with an active IB \n\n
- Responsible for end-to-end deal execution for multiple transactions across sectors \n
- To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, collateral preparation, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements) \n
- Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface \n
- Having good grasp on latest sector trends and offerings in the market \n
- Proficiency in developing financial model, information memorandums, valuations & valuation scenarios \n
- Assisting in identification of business opportunities & associated business development initiatives \n
- Managing client relationships along with the manager \n\n
- 3-6 years of Investment Banking experience across front-end or middle-office roles \n
- Qualified CA or has completed their education from a well-renowned institute \n
- Sector Coverage - FIG, TMT, Consumer \n
- Strong understanding of 3-financial statements, and capable of building financial models from scratch \n
- Open to be based out of Mumbai
