MicroGenesis Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Business Development to drive software sales across the Hyderabad region, with a strong focus on Government and Defence accounts.
Key Responsibilities \n- \n
- Manage and expand Government (B2G) accounts , including DRDO labs \n
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure \n
- Deliver product presentations and software demonstrations to clients \n
- Prepare and manage RFP/RFQ responses and tender submissions \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Aerospace & Defence customers \n
- Ensure timely proposal submissions and achievement of sales targets \n

- 4–6 years of experience in Software Sales / Business Development \n
- Proven experience handling Government or Defence accounts \n
- Exposure to Aerospace & Defence sector sales is preferred \n
- Strong skills in client presentations and stakeholder management \n
- Hands-on experience with tenders, RFPs, and RFQs \n
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory \n
