The Manager / Senior Manager – Collection Strategy will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end collection strategies to improve resolution rates, enhance recoveries, and strengthen portfolio performance. The role demands strong analytical capabilities, deep domain expertise, and the ability to convert data insights into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Collection Strategy Development \n

    Design and implement data-driven collection strategies across delinquency buckets.

    Maximize resolution rates and minimize roll-forward movement.

  • \n

    Develop new rules, treatment strategies, and policy interventions to improve portfolio health.

    Continuously monitor strategy performance and recommend enhancements.

2. Portfolio Analytics & Trend Monitoring \n

    Analyze portfolio behavior, delinquency trends, roll rates, bounce trends, and recovery patterns.

  • \n

    Build MIS dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for senior leadership.

  • \n
3. Rule Engine & Logic Formulation \n
    \n
  • \n

    Create collection rules and segmentation logic based on customer risk profiling.

  • \n
  • \n

    Coordinate with technology teams for automation and rule deployment.

  • \n
4. Scorecard, Goal Setting & Incentive Design \n
    \n
  • \n

    Develop scorecards, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.

  • \n
  • \n

    Design goal-setting mechanisms and incentive structures for various collection channels.

5. Stakeholder Management \n
    \n
  • \n

    Collaborate closely with Collections, Risk, Product, Technology, and Operations teams.

  • \n

    Present insights, strategy recommendations, and performance reviews to senior management.

    Strong domain knowledge of collections.

    Expertise in MIS, analytics, and data interpretation.

    Experience in strategy creation, rule formulation, and policy design.

    Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Python, RStudio, and Power BI preferred.

    Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
