- Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the cybersecurity BFSI vertical across India and global markets. \n
- Build annual revenue plans, pipeline targets, and growth forecasts aligned with organizational goals. \n
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing cybersecurity sales organization. \n
- Drive sales ofcybersecurity services including:Managed Security Services (SOC, SIEM, SOAR, MDR)Cloud security and zero‑trust transformationIdentity & Access Management (IAM/CIAM)Application & data securityCyber risk, compliance & regulatory consultingThreat intelligence & incident response \n
- Own end‑to‑end deal cycles, from opportunity identification to closure of large multi-year cybersecurity engagements. \n
- Develop and strengthen relationships within Tier‑1/2 banks, insurers, NBFCs, payment networks, exchanges, and fintech ecosystems. \n
- Build strong relationships with CISO, CIO, CTO, CRO, Head of Risk, Compliance, and other key BFSI stakeholders. \n
- Present cybersecurity strategies, solution roadmaps, and value propositions tailored to client regulatory and operational needs. \n
- Lead negotiations for complex deals with a clear focus on long-term partnerships and value creation. \n
- Work closely with cybersecurity practice leaders, solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams to create differentiated offerings. \n
- Partner with OEMs, hyperscalers, cybersecurity product vendors, and industry regulators to strengthen pursuit strategies. \n
- Influence internal solution development based on BFSI security trends and emerging threat vectors. \n
- Stay ahead of BFSI regulatory shifts (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI), cyber risk frameworks, and compliance mandates. \n
- Provide insights on cybersecurity market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving threat landscapes. \n
- Represent the company at BFSI security forums, conferences, and industry panels. \n\n
- 15-20+ years of experience in IT services sales, with 10+ years in cybersecurity and significant focus on BFSI. \n
- Proven capability to manage annual quotas of USD 20M+ in security services. \n
- Strong record of closing large security transformation deals ($3M-$25M+). \n
- Experience engaging with global BFSI enterprises and regulated industries. \n
- Strong grasp of BFSI cybersecurity needs including compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, cloud security, and threat mitigation. \n
- Exceptional executive presence with ability to engage C‑suite and board-level stakeholders. \n
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and a structured approach to enterprise selling. \n
- Ability to lead diverse and distributed sales teams.
