Product Definition Analyst
Job Description
Common accountabilities:
\n- Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
\n- Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
\n- Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
\nSpecific accountabilities:
\nAssess requirements
\n* Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products.
\n* Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management.
\n* Size specification and validation work.
\nCarry out functional design
\n* Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
\n* Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.
\nOverview validation
\n* Contribute to the implementation of the test strategy, and review test plan, to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity
\n* Ensure traceability of tests with specifications
\n* Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.
\nManage relations with key stakeholders
\n* Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration and Development teams.
\n* Interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing and implementation phases.
\nParticipate to team events
\n* Support team stakeholders by participating to team ceremonies: Agile forums, Team meetings, Solution assessments...
