We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering SPECIALIST - Endpoint management to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Description:
\n G08- Software Distribution/Patching
\n • Provides 2nd-level technical support for SCCM server downtime, able to handle requests and incidents arising from SCCM infrastructure, Microsoft Azure concepts and co-management or Autopilot using Intune.
\n • Advance level of knowledge about SCCM infrastructure, primary site servers, secondary site servers and distribution points, co-management and Cloud Management Gateway.
\n • Expert knowledge of current toolset: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Config Manager, Intune).
\n • Interfaces with customer and account-based teams on projects.
\n • Performs complex troubleshooting activities.
\n • Provides 2nd-level technical support in resolving internal and customer technical issues.
\n • Knowledge in Infrastructure Management using SCCM and co-management.
\n • Provides 2nd-level technical support on various Imaging engines and Windows 10/11 imaging technology (SCCM OSD & Intune Autopilot). Number of images to be managed: 2
\n • Able to develop custom deployment scripts; VBS, batch, PowerShell.
\n • Understanding on Package server, Task server, server concepts.
\n • Strong in troubleshooting Windows server/client and Networking issues, server side as well as client-side issues.
\n • Resilient in troubleshooting; able to create custom scripts for gathering the inventory from client endpoints.
\n • Knowledge of SCCM Client management Suite all Levels.
\n • Should be able to generate custom reports using SQL queries.
\n • Should be able to handle P1 / P2 major incident scenarios. Single point of escalation to all technical issues.

\n Qualifications:
\n • 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
\n • Demonstrates a good understanding of current scripting technologies and batch commands.
\n • Demonstrates good knowledge of windows server administration to include AD, domains, policies etc.
\n • In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
