\nWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager (Generalist) with experience in remote HR practices,HR Ops and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources in a fully distributed workforce, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training, while actively fostering a positive company culture despite the physical distance between employees, utilizing virtual communication tools to maintain engagement and collaboration.

Recruitment and Onboarding \n

- Utilize ATS to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews. \n
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews. \n
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. \n
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment cycle with external recruiters if needed. \n

Employee Relations and Engagement \n

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. \n
- Assist in organizing virtual employee engagement activities to build a positive remote culture. \n
- Handle employee documentation and updates, including offer letters, contracts, and personnel files. \n

HR Operations and Administration \n
- \n
- Maintain HR databases and records in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations. \n
- Track and report on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and productivity. \n
- Support payroll and benefits administration as needed. \n

Performance Management \n
- \n
- Assist with performance review processes, collecting feedback, and organizing review sessions. \n
- Guide employees and managers on performance improvement processes. \n

Compliance and Policy Implementation \n

- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, promoting compliance with labor laws and regulations. \n
- Assist in policy updates and communicate changes to employees. \n

Qualifications
\n- \n
- Experience : 6+ years as an HR generalist, with demonstrated growth trajectory. \n
- Proficiency : Tools such as Slack, Notion, ATS tools, Online Time/Leave Management, HR Ops, and Payroll processing. \n
- Education : MBA in Human Resources or a related field. \n

- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit. \n
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment. \n
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. \n
- Knowledge of SOP development and implementation . \n
- Experience in Training & Development (T&D) strategies and execution. \n
- Familiarity with remote HR practices and tools for communication and collaboration. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. \n
- Knowledge of HR laws and best practices. \n
