- Lead a vertical within the larger Direct Distribution channel \n
- Lead a pan India business with a leading life insurer \n\n
- Lead and manage the direct distribution sales team to achieve branch targets in the life insurance segment. \n
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention. \n
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. \n
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel to build a high-performing team. \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. \n
