    Job Description

    \n

    \n

    · Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans for Seravacc BU products in alignment with overall BU strategy

    \n · Drive execution of marketing strategies to support sales, product positioning, and branding

    \n · Plan and deploy appropriate sales and business models to achieve strategic objectives

    \n · Monitor BU sales and marketing activities to ensure legal, ethical, regulatory, and BSV policy compliance

    \n · Coordinate with business support teams to conduct primary and secondary market research and compile market and competitive intelligence for strategic planning

    \n · Oversee establishment and execution of plans such as Field Coverage Plan, Sales & Prescription Reporting Plans, Sales Incentive Plan, and marketing strategies including customer loyalty programs

    \n · Identify and nurture key internal and external stakeholder relationships, especially KOLs and KBLs

    \n · Align the BU Sales team on principles and behaviors for authentic, collaborative engagement with stakeholders

    \n · Proactively support stakeholders to build goodwill and strong working relationships

    \n · Lead generation of accurate and relevant data/reports for informed leadership decision-making

    \n · Identify staffing needs and capability requirements for the team

    \n · Allocate tasks systematically, review performance, encourage initiatives, and recognize good work

    \n · Plan and oversee capability building in both functional and managerial areas

    \n · Build and sustain an engaged, high-performing BU Sales team

    \n · Champion BU Sales team involvement to drive impact and improve efficiency of strategic initiatives supporting organizational transformation

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    A successful National Sales Manager should have:

    \n
  • A strong academic background in life sciences or a related field.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the life sciences industry.
  • \n
  • Between 15+ years of sales and marketing experience in different therapeutic areas.
  • \n
  • Preferably, more than 8+ years of leadership experience
