We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Solution Advisor (Contract)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hands-on ServiceNow experience, with strong exposure to IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM
\n
• Strong technical skills in Workflows/Flow Designer, APIs, integrations, UI Builder, Workspace
\n
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Script Includes, ACLs
\n
• Experience in scoped app development, automations, and integrations
\n
• Proficient in deployments, upgrades, migrations, and platform troubleshooting
\n
• Ability to define epics, user stories, conduct code reviews, and follow ServiceNow best practices
\n
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
\n
• Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration and development, with deep knowledge of core platform features and secure application operations.
\n
• Expertise in architecture design, including data models, workflows, and access control configurations.
\n
• Skilled in analyzing business requirements, creating user stories, and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
\n
• Hands-on experience in workflow customization, deployment, and environment management.
\n
• Ability to provide training, support, and pre-sales assistance within the ServiceNow domain.
