\n About the Role
\n We are looking for a highly skilled QA Lead to drive the quality assurance strategy for our financial technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with experience in leading QA teams, establishing test automation frameworks, and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of financial applications. We welcome candidates with a solid QA leadership background in any financial services domain.

\n Key Responsibilities:

\n Quality Assurance Leadership
\n • Define and implement a QA strategy, test plans, and best practices for manual and automated testing.
\n • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best-in-class test execution and coverage.
\n • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to align QA processes with business objectives.
\n • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements for financial applications.
\n Testing & Automation
\n • Oversee and execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing across financial applications.
\n • Design, implement, and manage automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and test coverage.
\n • Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial transactions, reports, and workflows in the system.
\n • Develop and maintain test scripts for APIs, UI, and database validations, leveraging automation tools.
\n • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines with automated test execution.
\n Collaboration & Process Optimization
\n • Work closely with development teams to integrate testing within the agile development lifecycle.
\n • Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to define test cases based on functional requirements.
\n • Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and drive continuous improvements in quality processes.
\n • Implement and track QA metrics (test coverage, defect density, defect leakage, etc.) to ensure ongoing improvements.

\n Required Skills & Experience -
\n Must-Have:
\n • 4-5+ years of experience in software testing.
\n • Experience in financial services applications (Fund Administration, Wealth Management, Banking, or related domains) is a plus
\n • Proven expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies for complex financial systems.
\n • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or similar).
\n • Solid knowledge of SQL and database testing, particularly in PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
\n • Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
\n • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation into DevOps workflows.
\n • Strong knowledge of JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
\n Preferred:
\n • Prior experience with Fund Administration, Mutual Funds, AIFs, or PMS platforms.
\n • Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
\n • Experience with security testing and compliance-driven QA frameworks.
\n • Knowledge of cloud-based financial platforms, preferably AWS.
