Job Description
- Strategic and multi-functional portfolio within the legal team \n
- Direct engagement across business units and external counsels \n\n
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. \n
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. \n
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. \n
- Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide solutions. \n
- Engage with external legal counsel when necessary for specialised legal matters. \n
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise on potential impacts to the organization. \n
- Support dispute resolution and litigation processes as required. \n\n
- 8-12 years of post qualification experience \n
- Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law. \n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. \n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. \n
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with local laws and regulations.
