\nWe are looking for a skilled Transitions Senior Manager with a background in the mortgage domain, including managing pre-sales activities like RFP and RFIs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transition of projects and initiatives within the organization, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of mortgage processes and systems. The role also requires the candidate to demonstrate self-drive, ownership, hands-on approach, multi-tasking ability, detail orientation, proactive communication and excellent stakeholder management skills & competencies.

\nJob Roles and Responsibilities :
\nProject Planning and Strategy:
\nDevelop comprehensive transition plans for mortgage projects, products, and services.
\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business goals.
\nIdentify key stakeholders and establish communication channels to ensure clarity and consensus on project objectives.
\nTeam Leadership and Management:
\nLead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, analysts, and subject matter experts.
\nProvide guidance, direction, and support to team members throughout the transition process.
\nFoster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
\nClient Engagement and Relationship Management:
\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients during the transition phase, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
\nConduct regular meetings and status updates to keep clients informed of project progress and address any concerns or issues.
\nRisk Management and Mitigation:
\nIdentify potential risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the transition process or project outcomes.
\nDevelop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks and ensure project success.
\nMonitor and evaluate project risks throughout the transition lifecycle, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
\nQuality Assurance and Compliance:
\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.
\nQualification & Experience :

- Education: UG/PG Degree \n

- 12+ years of work experience in handling process transitions preferably in a business process outsourcing setup. \n

- Working knowledge of the US mortgage industry \n

- Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust to changing priorities. \n
