\nPreferred skills for Relationship Manager
\nExperience: 5 to 12 years
\nLocation: Hyderabad
\nQualification : Post Graduate/MBA/PGDM
\nCertifications: NISM / NCFM
\nRoles and Responsibilities for Relationship Manager
\nAdvising Super HNI clients on Equity, Derivatives, currency & commodity Markets.
\nCreation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
\nCross selling of other products like Mutual fund, PMS, Insurance.
\nHandling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within TAT.
\nAcquiring new clients & retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
\nProfiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analyzing information & recommending portfolios.
\nMonitoring & enhancing Advisor's Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.
\nPreferred Skills for Team Leader
\nExperience: 1 to 6 years
\nLocation: Hyderabad
\nQualification : Post Graduate
\nCertifications : NCFM, AMFI, IRDA
\nRoles and Responsibilities for Team Leader
\nLead and manage a team of advisory/dealing professionals
\nDevelop and implement advisory/dealing strategies
\nProvide expert financial advice to clients
\nExecute trading strategies and manage client portfolios
\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients
\nStay updated on market trends and economic conditions
