TA Operations Lead

About Role:
\nThe Recruitment Operations professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and process compliance. This role plays a critical part in enabling the Talent Acquisition team through analytics, reporting, automation, and vendor governance to drive hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n1. Recruitment Data & Analytics
\nOwn and manage recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership.
\nGenerate hiring insights and recruitment metrics (SLA, TAT, source mix, etc.).
\nMaintain candidate records and ensure GDPR compliance and audit readiness.
\n2. Process Optimization & Efficiency
\nDrive process improvement initiatives to enhance recruiter productivity.
\nSupport automation of recurring tasks and maintain knowledge repositories.
\nStandardize templates for job descriptions, offer letters, and contracts.
\n3. Technology & Systems Management
\nManage recruitment systems, data accuracy, and integration with HR tools.
\nCoordinate with Payroll, HR Operations, and IT teams for smooth pre-boarding/onboarding.
\nEnsure data quality and timely updates in recruitment systems.
\n4. Vendor Governance & Compliance
\nManage vendor empanelment, invoicing, and performance monitoring.
\nEnsure adherence to compliance requirements across recruitment processes.
\nMaintain audit readiness and documentation for all recruitment activities.
\n5. Recruitment Support Functions
\nManage Employee Referral, Internal Job Postings (IJP), Background Verification (BGV), and medical coordination.
\nOwn document collection and personal file creation for new hires.
\nCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver a seamless hiring experience
\nQualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. \n
- 6-10 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition support. \n
- Exposure to HRMS / ATS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, etc.) preferred. \n
Education & Qualifications
\nBachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline is mandatory.
\nMBA / Postgraduate Diploma in HR preferred.
\nA dvanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, presentations).
\nCertification in HR Analytics, Excel Reporting, or Data Visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage.
