Gen AI - Technical Architect

Company Profile: Our client a global BPM leader specializing in Hyper Automation and low code no code technologies.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement the technical architecture for applications that leverage generative AI and LLMs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Integrate Large Language Models into new and existing products (e.g. conversational agents, intelligent assistants, content generation tools), and develop end-to-end applications that harness LLM capabilities.

Explore and implement advanced generative AI approaches such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation to enhance knowledge retrieval, building agentic AI systems that can reason and act autonomously, and fine-tuning foundation models for specific use cases.

Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and code reviews, while remaining hands-on with programming (primarily in Python) and system design.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI innovation. Apply design thinking principles to iterate on solutions that effectively meet user needs and business goals.

Desired Profile:

7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, machine learning, or related technical roles

Strong coding experience in Python

Demonstrated expertise in working with Large Language Models

Hands-on experience with advanced generative AI techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master s or PhD preferred, or equivalent practical experience).
