Job Title: Title Examiner

Experience Required: 1+ years of experience in US Title Examiner experience on COS, TOS, FS.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Title Examiner with 1+ year of experience in COS, TOS, and Full Search, skilled in reviewing chain of title, liens, and ownership details. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Fidler, Landex, and Ecclix.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform COS, TOS, and Full Title Searches for multiple states.
\n
• Review chain of title, ownership history, liens, judgments, and encumbrances.
\n
• Identify title defects and verify Property in Question (PIQ) details.
\n
• Prepare accurate title search reports within SLA timelines.
\n
• Use tools like Fidler, Landex, and Ecclix for title search and analysis.
\n
• Ensure compliance with client and state-specific guidelines
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Title Examination (COS, TOS & Full Search)
\n
• Hands-on experience with Fidler, Landex, and Ecclix
\n
• Strong knowledge of chain of title, liens, judgments, and encumbrances.
\n
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
\n
