\nKey Responsibilities:
\nDraft and distribute internal email communications.
\nEnsure timely and accurate delivery of information to relevant stakeholders.
\nHandle internal account operations, including data tracking and record maintenance.
\nEnsure compliance with financial and operational guidelines.
\nWork closely with the finance team to track payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
\nAct as a bridge between counsellors and the organization, ensuring smooth communication.
\nAssist in compiling reports based on counsellor feedback and interactions.
\nOversee day-to-day backend operations to ensure efficiency.
\nGather, validate, and organize contest-related data from multiple sources.
\nMaintain detailed reports on participants, evaluations, and outcomes.
\nMaintain organized and updated records of all internal communications, processes, and operations.
\nLiaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operational support.
\nOrganize and conduct weekly webinars using the O365 MS Teams platform.
\nGenerate reports on internal communications, operations efficiency, and workflow improvements.
\nProvide insights based on data trends to aid in decision-making processes.
\nQualifications:
\nBachelor s degree in administration, communications, accounts or a related field.
\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management.
\n2-5 years of experience in backend operations or internal communications.
\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\nGood written and verbal communication skills.
\nExperience in event coordination and project management.
\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office 365 & email marketing tools.
