Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively manage deep-rooted relationships with institutional investors, buy-side/sell-side analysts, and credit rating agencies.
Earnings & Disclosures: Drive the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including the development of high-quality investor presentations, scripts, and transparent financial disclosures.
Strategic Insights: Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing data-backed insights into market expectations, peer benchmarking, and investor sentiment.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure world-class standards of transparency and strict adherence to regulatory frameworks (SEBI/LODR) and governance protocols.
