- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. \n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. \n
- Understand client needs and objectives to offer appropriate solutions and services. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction. \n
- Prepare and conduct business reviews, account planning sessions, and presentations. \n
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue. \n
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify risks or upsell opportunities. \n
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client business environments. \n
- Meet and exceed sales and account growth targets. \n
