- Assist in defining and documenting the requirements for 800V DC power electronics components used in 3W, LCV, and HCV applications. \n
- Help design motor controllers and DC-DC converter systems for 800V DC setups. \n
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop vehicle-level electrical architectures and provide input to mechanical, electrical, and testing teams. \n
- Support the calibration of motor controllers for traction systems operating at up to 800V. \n
- Participate in testing at both component and vehicle levels for powertrains up to 800V. \n
- Contribute to the development and execution of test plans for high-voltage motor controllers and power electronics. \n
- Maintain and manage the CAN matrix and assist in creating DBC files for subsystem communication. \n
- Help define diagnostic strategies for controllers in 800V systems. \n
- Contribute to future development needs for 800V powertrain components and calibration strategies. \n
- Assist in preparing electrical interface documentation for VI. \n
- Work alongside senior engineers to analyze field failures, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with the CFT team. \n
- Basic knowledge of EMI-EMC compliance and ISO 26262 functional safety standards for 800V DC systems. \n
- Understanding of electromagnetic principles, modeling, and control system design for high-voltage applications. \n
- Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills. \n
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and communicate technical findings. \n
- Comfortable working under deadlines and aligning with team goals. \n
