Seeking a strategic, client-facing implementation consultant to lead enterprise deployments, design scalable solutions, and drive successful project outcomes from kickoff to value realization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations and act as a trusted advisor.
\n
• Understand business processes across HR, IT, Finance, SCM, etc., and design scalable solutions.
\n
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align solutions to business goals.
\n
• Manage project delivery, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
\n
• Drive integrations with HRMS, payroll, and IT systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
\n
• Configure workflows, automations, and basic scripting (JavaScript).
\n
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
\n

What We are Looking For

\n
• 5-8 years in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
\n
• Strong consultative and problem-solving mindset.
\n
• Experience with enterprise processes, integrations, APIs, and data models.
\n
• Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
\n
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
\n
• Familiarity with Agile and tools like JIRA or Rocketlane.
\n
• Awareness of AI concepts, including Agentic AI.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
\n

Nice to Have

\n
• Experience with BPM/workflow management platforms.
\n
• Exposure to chatbot or virtual assistant tools such as Dialogflow or Microsoft Bot Framework.
