Key Responsibilities -
Strategic Concept Development
\n Own the end-to-end development of ideas, concepts, and themes for events, campaigns, and internal
\n initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience insights.
Client Pitch Support & Creative Storytelling
\n Craft compelling narratives, decks, and scripts for client presentations, working closely with BD, strategy,
\n and creative teams to win business and enhance proposal impact.
Brand Voice & Messaging Alignment
\n Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning across content formats—whether digital, on-
\n ground, or internal communication.
Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration
\n Partner with design, digital, and delivery teams to translate ideas into visual storytelling, theme lines, and
\n end-to-end narratives.
Social Media Campaign Thinking
\n Contribute to the ideation and copywriting for social media content, employer branding campaigns, and
\n thought leadership initiatives.
Research, Trends & Insight Mining
\n Stay ahead of cultural, consumer, and category trends to infuse concepts with freshness and relevance.
Required Qualifications & Experience-
\nGraduate/Postgraduate in Communications,
\n Journalism, Mass Media, English, or Marketing
4–6 years of experience in creative copywriting,
\n brand communication, or experiential/event
\n marketing
\n Exposure to integrated campaigns (digital +
\n on-ground) and experience with B2B/B2C
\n brands
\n Proven experience in leading pitches, script
\n writing, and concept presentations
\n Ability to simplify complex ideas into
\n compelling narratives and copy.
