Project Delivery Manager
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
\nJOB TITLE: Project Delivery Manager, Mulloon Institute
\nJOB TYPE: Full-time
\nLOCATION: Flexible – East Coast
\nSUPERVISOR/MANAGER: General Manager, Mulloon Institute
\nABOUT THE MULLOON GROUP
\nMulloon Institute (MI) is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to restoring the health and
\nproductivity of Australian landscapes. Through research, demonstration, education and on-ground
\nimplementation, we work with landholders and communities to improve ecological function, water
\ncycles and long-term landscape resilience.
\nOur work is grounded in a systems-based approach to landscape rehydration — improving natural
\nprocesses to deliver environmental, social and economic outcomes at scale.
\nMulloon Consulting (MC) is the Institute’s commercial arm, delivering practical, on-ground projects
\nfor landholders, government and industry. These projects translate our research and principles into
\nreal-world outcomes, supporting both landscape restoration and a sustainable, self-funding business
\nmodel.
\nMulloon Creek Natural Farms (MCNF) is the Institute’s farming enterprise and ‘living laboratory’,
\nwhere regenerative agriculture and landscape rehydration practices are applied, tested and
\ndemonstrated in a real farm setting. MCNF provides a critical link between research and practice,
\ngenerating insights, credibility and demonstration outcomes that inform our projects and support
\nbroader industry adoption.
\nMCNF primarily operates as a demonstration and research site and is not a core project delivery
\nfunction of this role.
\nROLE PURPOSE – PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER
\nThe Project Delivery Manager is a critical role within Mulloon Institute and Mulloon Consulting,
\nresponsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across Mulloon’s
\nsuite of program services relating to community capacity building, landscape rehydration, and
\nnatural landscape function repair.

\nprojects are effectively planned, resourced and delivered to achieve safe, high-quality and
\ncommercially sustainable outcomes, while adapting to changing conditions such as weather, site
