We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Investment Banking Manager to lead end-to-end transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates, with a strong focus on the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

'05; Identify, evaluate, and execute startup investment opportunities

'05; Conduct market research, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence

'05; Lead fundraising and M&A mandates for startups

'05; Prepare investor-facing materials including pitch decks, teasers, IMs, and financial models

'05; Build and maintain relationships with VC Funds, Family Offices, Angel Networks, and Strategic Investors

'05; Drive investor discussions, negotiations, and successful deal closures

'05; Manage the complete transaction lifecycle from origination to closure

'05; Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder management

'05; Mentor analysts and associates while ensuring high-quality execution

Requirements:

'14; 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Startup Fundraising, or M&A

'14; Strong exposure to startup investing and fundraising transactions

'14; Proven track record of working with VCs, Family Offices, and Strategic Investors

'14; Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution

'14; Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

'14; Strong network within the startup and investor ecosystem
