• Strong knowledge of Post-Closing & Income Calculations
\n
• Expertise in FHA, FNMA, CFPB guidelines
\n
• Experience in Loan Boarding, Indexing, Pre-Purchase, Collateral
\n
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & LOS tools (MSP/Encompass)
\n
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
\n

Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead and manage team performance (Productivity, Quality, SLA/KPI)
\n
• Handle resource planning, workload allocation & reporting (MIS)
\n
• Ensure compliance with mortgage guidelines and quality standards
\n
• Drive process improvements and error reduction initiatives
\n
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for issue resolution
\n
• Work in high-volume environment and meet turnaround timelines
\n

Other Requirements:

• Flexible to work in shifts/weekends and across time zones
\n
• Strong adaptability and commitment to quality
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor s degree (Commerce/Finance/Business/Economics preferred)
\n
• 5+ years in US Mortgage Origination (1 2 years as Team Lead)
\n
