Job Description
- Opportunity to be part of Asia's largest Tier 4 Datacenter operator \n
- To be part of larger MW deliveries and complex campus infrastructure \n\n
- Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning activities for data center projects. \n
- Define and implement commissioning strategies and best practices. \n
- Build, guide, and supervise Cx teams and vendors. \n
- Oversee end‑to‑end Electrical & Mechanical system commissioning. \n
- Ensure all systems meet design intent, safety norms, and operational readiness. \n
- Coordinate with design, execution, OEMs, consultants, and clients. \n
- Manage commissioning of HV/LV, UPS, DG, protection, and earthing systems. \n
- Oversee HVAC, fire systems, pumps, piping, and BMS/IBMS commissioning. \n
- Approve FAT, SAT, IST plans, reports, and performance benchmarks. \n
- Ensure snag closure and complete documentation for handover. \n
- Enforce quality, safety, and compliance with international standards. \n
- Present progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. \n\n
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred) \n
- * 20+ years of experience in Testing & Commissioning of mission-critical infrastructure \n
- * Proven experience in Data Center commissioning projects is mandatory \n
- * Prior experience in a leadership role (Head / Lead / Senior Manager) preferred
